IMAGERY AND DESIGN REPRODUCTION
Photography, screen devices, and print media may not always provide a perfect representation of our flooring products. Factors such as colour and texture accuracy, pattern variation (replication of the natural world), and installation elements can affect your perception.
It is important to note that digital screens—including computers, phones, tablets, and TVs - are calibrated differently, meaning colours may appear differently from one device to another. Additionally, lighting conditions, both natural and artificial, can influence how the flooring appears in your space.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
At Karndean, we are continually evolving, introducing new designs, and refining our existing products. This commitment to progress means that on occasion, certain products may be withdrawn from our range with little notice. We understand that it can be disappointing when a particular design is no longer available. However, please rest assured that our team is dedicated to working closely with you to identify alternative designs that align with your vision.
Product specifications, colours, and finishes may also vary slightly between manufacturing batches due to natural variations in materials and production processes.

HIGH PLANK-TO-PLANK VARIATION
Many of our products feature intentionally high variation in shade, colour, texture, and pattern to enhance their natural aesthetic. This means that individual planks may have pronounced differences that contribute to an authentic flooring look.
It's crucial to bear in mind that 'high variation' is an intentional design element, adding visual intrigue to your floor by emulating the complexity of the natural world. While all our products exhibit variations (a premium feature that enhances the authenticity of Karndean products), our High Variation designs have been specifically identified by our Product Team for their exceptionally pronounced differences in shade, colour, texture, and pattern among individual planks. This sets them apart from other brands, which often provide more predictable and straightforward patterns.

To ensure you are satisfied with the final installation, we recommend reviewing multiple samples and discussing expectations with your flooring installer.
CUSTOMER/PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY & INSPECTION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser to carefully inspect all flooring materials prior to installation. Flooring that has been installed is deemed to have been inspected and accepted in its entirety. This applies to:
- Colour and pattern variation: ensure you are satisfied with the overall look before proceeding with installation.
- Batch consistency: if purchasing multiple packs, check that they are from the same batch to minimise colour differences.
- Compliance with local building codes: verify that your chosen flooring complies with relevant building regulations and certification requirements in your area. We don't recommend using vinyl plank and tile flooring in wet areas such as bathrooms.
Karndean Designflooring does not accept liability for dissatisfaction with installed products due to variations in colour, texture, or pattern that were visible prior to installation. If you have concerns about product appearance, consult your retailer before proceeding with installation.

It's important to note that warranties for our products are held by the installation professionals who provide our flooring solutions.
